Can you attend a diabetes health event near Gatwick on 28 February?

The KSS Diabetes Medical Technology Collaborative project event is looking for Type 1 adults on pumps and CGM who have accessed a service across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. The purpose of the series of events is to improve pathways to allow patients to get more access to pumps. Those who are interested are asked to attend three events during the coming year, from 9.30am-4pm, at a venue near Gatwick on 28 February, 13 June and 19 September. If you are available, email Cheta Okonkwo at cheta.okonkwo@nhs.net
