New issue features diabetes and wellbeing

In our latest issue we’ve talked to Dr. Jen Nash, a clinical psychologist who has Type 1 diabetes. She offers some handy hints on how to get on top of and stay on top of your mind as well as your blood sugars when it comes to living with diabetes. The issue also has news on diabetes research, such as the link between Type 2 diabetes and inflammation, and attempts to encapsulate insulin-producing stem cells, as well as dietary info, such the sugar content of fruit juices,  and the carb-content of bananas. In our diabetes kit pages, we look at a new Contour Next meter as well as a speaking meter from Spirit Healthcare for those with poor sight.
