The title of the book reflects the recipes. The creators have tried to develop foods which are tasty, exciting and different. There are breakfast ideas, lunch ideas, main meals and desserts with a mix of recipes from soda bread to prawn sushi, chocolate mousse (made with avocado), methi chicken curry and aleppo pepper chicken kebabs. All recipes have full nutritional breakdowns (so fat, salt, sugar, carb, protein, cals etc and GI rating).
