Pump with Accu-Chek DiaportThe Accu-Chek DiaPort is designed for patients with type 1 diabetes who are unable to manage their diabetes with subcutaneous insulin delivery. It enables continuous insulin infusion through a catheter placed in the abdomen. The new DiaPort is intended to help those people with extreme cases of insulin resistance or infusion site problems as insulin is not infused through subcutaneous tissue.
