How to return a kitbag:
1. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order.
2. Return by post. We recommend that you send returns by registered post. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. Returns are sent at your expense.
3. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.
4. We will refund the full amount you paid for the item, minus postage. If you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.
5. Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.
6. Postage will be refunded on items returned which are faulty.

Postage & packing – UK
• Orders taken online and via the sales orderline are usually dispatched within four working days.
• Please allow five working days for your delivery from time of order.
• Standard delivery is £5.75 which covers courier service, packaging and admin.
• Kitbags are mailed by courier service.
• P&P is non-refundable (unless the kitbag is faulty).
