Opinion Health, a healthcare research agency, is currently inviting people who have Type 2 diabetes to participate in a research study in order to better understand patient experience with the disease and the support they receive.
If you choose to participate you will first be asked to complete a short questionnaire. If your profile matches the requirement of this study, you will have the choice to participate in a mobile survey to be completed 5 times on your smartphone/tablet device and / or participate in an anonymous online forum.
