Pea shoots, and leaves

Grown on Steve’s Leaves’ farm in Pewsey and packed in Hampshire, all Steve’s Leaves are washed only in spring water and are ready to eat straight from a perfectly portioned bag to minimise waste. Describing himself as a ‘leaf boffin’, Steve plans to put more plants on your plate with his bagged-salad offerings. Steve’s Leaves are certified to Conservation Grade Nature Friendly Farming standards, which encourages farms to create and support special habitats.  This achieves a balance of conditions where nature and farming function sustainably side-by-side, enabling all kinds of wildlife to flourish.

Steve Rothwell and his team have developed a revolutionary chiller that rapidly cools the leaves within 60 minutes of them being harvested, keeping them   as fresh, natural and delicious as they can be. For example, Steve’s Leaves Pea Shoots and Baby Leaves bags are available from Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Ocado and Wholefoods with an RRP of £1.35 for a 60g bag.
